Invite team members, assign roles like admin, editor, or viewer, and enforce brand kit consistency across your organization. This guide covers everything you need to set up and manage collaborative QR code workflows.

Inviting Team Members

Navigate to Account > Team in your dashboard. Click Invite Member and enter their email address. They will receive an invitation link that expires after 7 days. You can resend or revoke invitations at any time from the same panel.

Team members sign in with their own credentials and see only the QR codes and analytics they have been granted access to.

Understanding Roles

QR-Verse supports three team roles. Each role defines what a member can see and do:

Admin

Full access to all QR codes, analytics, billing, and team management. Admins can invite or remove members and change roles.

Editor

Can create, edit, and delete QR codes. Can view analytics. Cannot manage billing or team settings.

Viewer

Read-only access. Can view QR codes and analytics but cannot create, edit, or delete anything.

Enforcing Brand Consistency

Business plans include Brand Kits - saved design presets that ensure every QR code your team creates matches your visual identity. A brand kit includes:

Primary and secondary colors for foreground, background, and finder patterns.
Logo automatically placed in the center of every generated code.
Corner and pixel styles (rounded, dotted, square) locked to your brand standard.
Error correction level set to balance design freedom with scan reliability.

Admins create brand kits under Account > Brand Kit. Once saved, editors can select the kit when creating new QR codes, ensuring consistent output across campaigns.

Managing Team Settings

The team settings panel gives admins control over:

Member list: View all active members, their roles, and last login date.
Pending invitations: Resend or revoke invitations that have not been accepted.
Role changes: Promote a viewer to editor, or revoke admin access - changes take effect immediately.
Remove members: Removing a member revokes their access instantly. QR codes they created remain in the team workspace.

Plan availability: Teams and collaboration features are available on Business and Enterprise plans. Upgrade from your account settings to unlock team management.
