1. Akkoord met Voorwaarden

Door toegang te krijgen tot onze website op QR-Verse.com, ga je akkoord met deze servicevoorwaarden, alle toepasselijke wetten en regelgevingen, en ga je ermee akkoord dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor naleving van toepasselijke lokale wetten. Als je niet akkoord gaat met een van deze voorwaarden, is het je verboden deze site te gebruiken of te bezoeken.

2. Gebruikslicentie

Er wordt toestemming verleend om tijdelijk één kopie van de materialen op de website van QR-Verse te downloaden voor persoonlijke, niet-commerciële tijdelijke weergave. Dit is de verlening van een licentie, geen overdracht van eigendom, en onder deze licentie mag je niet:

• De materialen wijzigen of kopiëren;
• De materialen gebruiken voor commerciële doeleinden (exclusief de QR-codes die je genereert, die van jou zijn);
• Proberen software op de website van QR-Verse te decompileren of reverse-engineeren;
• Copyright of andere eigendomsaanduidingen van de materialen verwijderen; of
• De materialen overdragen aan een andere persoon of de materialen 'spiegelen' op een andere server.

3. QR-code Inhoud

Je bent als enige verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud waarnaar je linkt met onze QR-code Generator. We behouden ons het recht voor om elke Dynamische QR-code uit te schakelen of te verwijderen die verwijst naar illegale, kwaadaardige of schadelijke inhoud, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot phishingsites, malware, haatzaaiende uitlatingen of illegale goederen.

4. Disclaimer

De materialen op de website van QR-Verse worden geleverd 'zoals ze zijn'. QR-Verse geeft geen garanties, uitdrukkelijk of impliciet, en wijst hierbij alle andere garanties af, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot impliciete garanties of voorwaarden van verkoopbaarheid, geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel, of niet-inbreuk op intellectueel eigendom of andere schending van rechten.

5. Beperkingen

In geen geval zijn QR-Verse of haar leveranciers aansprakelijk voor enige schade (inclusief, maar niet beperkt tot, schade door verlies van gegevens of winst, of als gevolg van bedrijfsonderbreking) die voortvloeit uit het gebruik of het onvermogen om de materialen op de website van QR-Verse te gebruiken.

7. AI Art Credits & Purchases

QR-Verse offers AI QR Code generation credits ("Credits") for purchase. Credits are sold in bundles (e.g., 5 Credits for $0.50 USD) and are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. Each Credit entitles you to one (1) AI QR Code art generation attempt. A generation attempt is consumed when you submit a generation request, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the resulting output. Pro subscribers receive 50 monthly Credits included with their subscription, which refill at the start of each billing cycle. Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be adjusted at our discretion. Price changes will not affect Credits already purchased.

8. Refund Policy

All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are digital goods that are delivered and made available for use immediately upon purchase. By completing a Credit purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credit adjustments in the following limited circumstances: (a) duplicate or erroneous charges caused by payment processing errors; (b) Credits not delivered to your account due to a verified technical failure on our end; (c) service discontinuation by QR-Verse (pro-rata refund for unused prepaid Credits). To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction. We strongly recommend using any available free credits to evaluate the service before purchasing.

9. AI-Generated Content

QR-Verse uses artificial intelligence models to generate artistic QR code designs. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) AI-generated outputs are inherently variable and we do not guarantee that any specific output will match your expectations; (b) generated QR codes are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of scannability or aesthetic quality; (c) while we strive to produce scannable QR codes, AI-generated designs may occasionally produce codes that are difficult to scan with all devices—you are responsible for testing scannability before distributing; (d) other users may receive similar or visually identical outputs when using similar prompts; (e) QR-Verse shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.

10. Credit Expiration & Transfers

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. If your account is terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, all unused Credits are forfeited without refund or compensation. Credits are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer Credits to another user or account.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QR-Verse Credits and services in a fair and responsible manner. The following activities are prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to generate QR codes in bulk or at a rate that degrades service quality;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or exploit promotions;
• Generating QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, malicious, or fraudulent content;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or generation pipeline;
• Reselling or commercially redistributing the generation service itself (you may freely use the generated QR code images);
• Exploiting payment processing errors, chargebacks, or refund mechanisms in bad faith.

We reserve the right to impose rate limits, suspend accounts, revoke Credits, or permanently ban users who engage in abusive behavior, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate transaction, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account pending resolution.

12. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. QR-Verse does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment information. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Prices are displayed in USD. Any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or applicable taxes are your responsibility.

13. Toepasselijk Recht

Deze voorwaarden zijn onderworpen aan en worden geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met de wetten van Nederland en je onderwerpt je onherroepelijk aan de exclusieve jurisdictie van de rechtbanken op die locatie.
